Prepare Instrument Index, Input Output list, Instrument list
Prepare data sheet for all instruments for getting pricing and evaluating the offer technically.
Conceptualize Foundation Field bus system for complete project.
Conceptualize System Configuration for entire project.
UPS Load Calculation.
Prepare MMS specification.
Estimate cable requirement for complete project and preparing specification for cables.

Job Description: -
Data Sheet for various Field Instruments and subsequently evaluating the offers from various vendors, Data Sheet and sizing of Control Valves. Put instruments in PIDs and prepare closed loop control circuit o Preparation of detailed Instrument Index.
o Selection and Sizing of major instruments like Control Valves and Orifice Plates.
o Preparation of Layout: Preparation of Wiring Layout, Cable Schedule, Duct Sizing, Cable Tray, Cable length etc.
o Preparation of Technical Specification of Instruments Data Sheets, Instrumentation cables etc.
o Preparation of Hookup drawings and MTO for instruments.
o Preparation of Instrument location plan, Instrument Installation drawing, Instrument Logic, Loop Diagram.
o Technical Bid Evaluation: Technical Evaluation and vendor print check for various instruments like Orifice plates, Control valves, Gauges and Transmitters, Duct and Trays etc.
o Preparation of Material Requisitions (MRs), Purchase Requisition (PRs).
o Attend various vendor meetings during the course of various developments in the project.
o Deputed to MEG Site. Familiar with the ITP and Work Execution Plans, Schedule preparation and other site activities.
o Prepared ITB summary for Opal project.
o Part of team for various philosophical decisions like comparing and finalizing FF concept for the plant.
