JOB PROFILE:
Complete maintenance of electrical, electronics and instrumentation:-
Look after PLC (S5 and S7) Allen-Bradley, modicon, beckoff, ge-fanuc based systems. Uploading/downloading programs, troubleshooting and fault diagnostics of plcs. ABB, Siemens, drives, DC Drive, Inverters, Converters, Rectifiers, units with troubleshooting. Maintenance of different types of PID controllers, control valves, Proximity switches, I/P and E/P converters, LVDT, SCR and many other controlling units.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Short term course: prolific system and technologies
PLC: Allen Breadly, Siemens, Ge-Fenuc
Addressing concepts, programming instruction arithmetic &logic, creating/editing ladder logic, uploading/downloading programs, troubleshooting and fault diagnostics of plc.
SCADA: WONDERWARE'S INTOUCH
Creating scada application, logic through scripting, display editing graphic, commissioning the network nodes, troubleshooting the applications.
HMI: siemens OP7
Interfacing & networking with plc's, creating screen, tag database, uploading/ downloading application and troubleshooting/maintenance.
