Presently I'm working with SEREPT (Company of Research and Exploitation of Oils in Tunisia) in several posts (control room operator, wellhead operator, field operator, gaz-lift operator, process operator, storage barge process operator,).

WORK EXPERIENCE
Since August 1996: POLYVALENT PRODUCTION OPERATOR In SEREPT
(Company of Research and Exploitation of Oils in Tunisia), on board an off-shore oil plat-form in ASHTART FIELD
-From 1996 to 1998 SEREPT is operate for ELFAQUITAINE
- From 1999 to 2000 SEREPT was the contractor for the count of ARCO.
- From 2001 to2004 SEREPT was the contractor for the count of PREUSSAG ENERGY.
- From 2005 until now SEREPT is the contractor for the count of OMV
ROLE:
Perform daily check on all chemical injection pumps. Check production and test separators.
Surface works (Replacement of Valves, conduits…).
Control of the crude separation conditions (Pressure, temperature and rate of flow).
Assistance with the visits of the various separators types and their regulation and safety equipments (Installation, desinstallation and repairing).
A knowledge of the various manual and regulating valves types (Assembly, disassembling). Operating, monitoring, testing, maintenance and repair of process equipment and safety devices systems from wellhead to sales line. Monitor and maintain process parameters (Level, flow, temperature, pressure etc). Sampling and testing (API/BS&W/salinity) of process fluids. Calculate daily rates of process fluids. Carry out all operations in safe and environmentally sound manner. Report all discharges, leaks, spills, injuries, and incidents, immediately. Ensure personnel understand and comply with current environmental regulations.

Oil and Gas Separation Unit
Operation and controlling of Three phase horizontal separator (HP, MP, LP) Monitoring and controlling of separator level, pressure, flow rate. Trouble shooting of horizontal and vertical three and two phase separator. internal equipment - SDV, PCV, LCV, BV, operation of split range control system. Changing of Daniel orifice and calibration of separator Pressure safety valve.
Chemical injection: Demulsified, Oil corrosion Inhibitor (OCI), Scale Inhibitor (SI) and Gas Corrosion Inhibitor (GCI).
Gas Dehydration Unit:
Familiarization of gas dehydration unit start-up and shut up of gas dehydration unit. Handling of inlet coalesces separator, glycol contacts tower, glycol overhead scrubber, and gas / glycol heat exchanger monitoring and controlling of contactor pressure, glycol level and temperature, flow rate of clean glycol.
Glycol Regeneration Unit:
Handling of Re-boiler, clean /Rich glycol heat exchanger, glycol storage tank, operation of booster and glycol re-circulation pump operation of three phase glycol flash drum, glycol filter, active carbon filter, reflux coil, still column, stripping column, and monitoring and controlling of stripping gas, blanket gas, maintaining of Re-boiler temperature and pH value. Checking of pH twice a month. Avoiding the glycol loss and maintain the dew point temperature.
Process Gas-lift Compression Unit:
monitoring and controlling of compressor parameter. Pressure, Flow, Temperature, monitoring and controlling of compressor driver units parameter(foraid and prosert unit).
monitoring and controlling of gas-lift flow rate injection wells.
Produce water treatment unit:
Operation and maintenance of Hydro-cyclone separator, backwash of hydro-cyclone, handling of Crude condensate Drum (CCD) and CCD pump. Collecting of overboard water sample for analyzing of oil content in disposal water. Maintaining of overboard sample 40 ppm..
FSO barge:
Reception of oil produced from the field (production reception).

Handling fixed and Non- fixed Fire and Gas Protection and Detection equipment, Detectors " Gas, Smoke, Thermal, U.V Fire Detectors, H2S Detectors and Gas Shutdown Panel, Automatic / manually Release system, handled fire extinguisher.
Field Responsibilities:
Work covers all activities on oilØ & gas separator, water treatment & injection, gas gathering,& processing, F&G alarm panel and associated outdoor devices.
Checks all production operations parameters,Ø flow rates, pressures temperature and read adjusting and tuning as required detect abnormalities and assist in remedial actions.
Control chemicalØ consumption by proper application of dosing rate and maintain adequate inventories onsite.
