Done all QA/QC activities of Tanks, Silos, Columns, Mixing vat etc. Also handled many structural jobs of other customers like Wade Adams, BASF construction Chemicals, AGGREKO, MISWACO, Transgulf, Gulf Engineering Industry, Veolia Water systems, Al-Hussam etc.
Responsibility
1. Evaluate customer's enquiry /purchase orders by reviewing its specification details against international product standards/ Customers specifications
2. Control and maintain department procedures to customer and industry standard requirements
3. Preparing ITP, establishing hold points & witness point non-conformance management.
Review/ verify approved drawings, client specifications, ITPs, QCPs
4. To establish welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel relating to specification restrictions, material, process requirements.
5. Well conversant with Welding processes especially SMAW, FCAW,GTAW & SAW Welding of materials Like Carbon steel, Low temperature carbon steel and Austenitic Stainless steel & Duplex steel.
6. Inspection of pipe lines, storage tanks, pressure vessel and offshore structures.
7. Review & Preparing WPS, PQR and qualifying welders as per ASME SEC. X, AWS D 1.1
8. Experience on 'U' stamp certification for pressure vessel & heat exchanger manufacturing.
9. Preparation of quality control manual and designing formats /exhibits.
10. Preparing weld maps, weld summary report, as built dimensional report, receiving Inspection report, material traceability report, stage wise inspection report, hydro test report, pneumatic Test report, non conformance reports NCR, manufacturer data record (MDR) for pressure vessels as per ISO and ASME requirements,
11. Familiar with instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer screw gauge, dial bore gauge, thread gauge, d-meter, Clamp meter, DFT gauge, dial pressure gauge, hydro pressure recorder, wet and dry bulb temperature gauge, lux meter, Densitometer, holiday tester, pull off tester and Relative humidity calculator.
