I have worked with NPIC Saudi Arabia for LDPE and HDPE plants; Extensive knowledge of engineering processes and procedures; significant experience in the Project, maintenance, repair and upgrade of capital equipment; and excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, problem solving, and analysis. I had worked as Instrument engineer and Automation co-coordinator for Titanium Tantalum Products Ltd at India-tamilnadu. Having good expertise in datasheet preparation, Loop drawing,Hookup,FAT, SAT and engineering documents preparations is the main job responsibilities.

Role: LDPE & HDPE Commissioning and Maintenance.

Project Responsibilities:
Involved in commissioning activities of Poly Ethylene plant. The Plant planned to have turnover of 400kton/year poly ethylene divided into four areas reactor, Compressor, Extruder, Hot and Utility constructed with latest technology with innovation of Basel and technimont Engineering, and IMT for Tasnee. Set up CCR with DCS (Foxboro Invensys ) and interfacing with all 3rd party automation systems ( Siemens, Wandfluf etc.,) having more than 20,000+ I/O loops.

Major Role:
a) As client side involved in testing the healthy and quality of 14,000+ field
Instruments control valves and its internal loops from field to DCS.
b) Involved in functional checking, Troubleshooting activities for all Transmitters, switches and Control valves and major of Management of changes, control valve sizing calculation c) PSSR Pre startup Safety Requirements and Emergency shutdown programs EP1,EP2, logical checking and its execution with SIL 3 logics.
d) Have got adequate knowledge in DCS (Foxboro Invensys, Siemens). Automation based on AI, DI, AO & DO signals using Foxboro DCS [RS logix500] & SCADA (RS view logic 32) and Triconex and Invensys, Wonderware.
e) Exposure in erection and supervision of Ethylene plant equipments, industrial automation of LDPE & HDPE plants and spare parts checking and controlling.
f) Familiar with Hook-ups,Loop drawings, P&ID Diagrams and Industrial Standards.

As maintenance:
I had worked as a on call instrument maintenance Engineer for POLY-Ethylene Plant with Hyper Compressors, Hostalen Process technology and polymerization of 400kt/y with Extruders capacity of 60ton/hr via COPERION WARNER and Cobelco extruder. The whole packages are controlled by Foxboro DCS system. The daily routine/corrective/breakdown maintenance of fault findings/repairs/calibration of plant instrumentation & Automation is are the maintenance activities. Part of my daily routine is corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
