I graduated from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, in Indonesia on October 2004, majoring Chemical Engineering Degree. I have experienced working in petrochemical plant. During 10th years I have ever been worked at PT. Asahimas Chemical Indonesia ( VCM/EDC Plant ) from 1997-2007, now I am working in Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. ( YANSAB-SABIC) Saudi Arabia, as Senior Operator for HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) from December 2007 - Now.
In process production, I have been experienced in startup and shutdown VCM/EDC plant and understanding with trouble shouting process. Following Annual Shutdown Maintenance. Good knowledge with operating distillation process, refrigerant system, and operating rotary equipment like as: pump, compressor.
In YANSAB, I have trained about slurry process, powder workup, powder treatment, like as: Continues Stirred Tank Reactor, Decanter Centrifugal, Fluid Bed Dryer, Conveying System, Membran System.
I also experienced with activity pre-commissioning, commissioning until startup BBTX Plant (Butene-1,Benzene,Toluene,Xylene) at Yansab.co as support commissioning supervisor during 6 month.
I am familiar with Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Isometric Drawing.
In safety matter, I used to do HAZOP and failure analyses for process design if there is new modification in plant. Also in safety regulation I familiar with Confine Space Permit, Hot Work Permit, LOTO, and other jobs execution in petrochemical plant/process isolation.
