Responsibilities:

o Regular visits of unmanned platforms, Process plants and Taking care of all production / maintenance activities on day to day basis.

o Responsible for the process facility comprises of free water knock out drum, Hydro cyclone, Surge vessel, three phase separation etc.

o PERMIT CONTROLLER of all PTW to confirm operational and safety system in order to maintain a trouble free & safe operation.

o Planning day-to-day activities, production schedules, executing & implementing management plans, and achieving of monthly production targets. Coordinating for well work over, new well commissioning, Rig move etc.

o Active member in preparing Job Safety Analysis and HAZOP STUDY.

o Track safety issues, process / equipment defects to avoid leaks and damages, discussing in daily meeting and take possible corrective actions.

o Isolation / de-isolation of vessels as necessary for maintenance / inspection, vessel entry etc. in a safe manner.

o Coordinating in work planning, manifest preparing & Organizing boats.

o Maintaining a high level housekeeping throughout the operation at all times.

* Supervising, monitoring and coordinating the operation of production facilities to ensure the safe and efficient implementation of the oil/gas production, Processing and water Injection targets.

* BEAN up/down the chokes, Bleed down abnormal casing pressures, sample collection, Pig launching and receiving operations etc.

* Coordinating in Wellhead preventive maintenance like Function test of surface control unit, SSV/SCSSV leak / functional test, Annual maintenance of X mas tree etc.

* Coordinating with DCS / Panel operators for regular checking of Production / consumption, Chemical injection & controlling. Preparing Procedures, Field view, Well test data entry, Production log maintaining, Long Term Isolations & Anomaly attending etc.

* Well experienced in Crude Separation & Processing, gathering stations, Produced water treatment and disposal, Gas treatment / sweetening, Gas compressor / injection, Gas export / Flare. Water injection Safety checks etc.

* Good knowledge about Crude oil Receipt, Storage & Export. Preparing cargo Manifest, Quantification of crude oil Receipt and Export. Fiscal Meter and Meter proving.

* Attending regular safety meetings, preparing inspection lists and supervising the classification of plant equipment from hazard and risk assessment point of view and following up inspection programme.

* Knowledge of fire fighting Equipments and Life Saving devices, Following good Safety systems and educate all towards safe and healthy working atmosphere adhering to company's HSE policies.
