Job profile

* Provide/ensure a consistent approach to all functions of estimation for both tender and contract
* Review the drawings/scope of work and formulate the quantum of work/BOQ,
* Carry out site survey and identify the site impediments/inspection of site, developing detailed scope of work and quote for the project/job being enquired by the client
* Prepare estimation/project summery as per the standardized policy of the company. Compile and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
* Co-ordination with vendor, sub vendors, sub-contractors. consultant etc.
* To monitor the given job in progress with the estimated time frame and budgeted cost and plan, prepare variation quotations as per the requirement of the project execution department and get the approval from the client
* Review the estimates prepared by the Junior estimators and make corrections /rectifications
* Attend the meetings regarding the major projects/tender and understanding tender requirement and contract negotiations.
* Analyse the data on all the factors that can influence the cost, such as material, labor, location, machinery requirement and accurately forecast the scope, cost and duration of the project.
