My background as Electronic engineer and my professional experience in an international group where my duties was the conception, installation and setting automated SCADA systems and Instrumentation, in charge of the electricity and electronic maintenance service within a factory of the group, I have step by step been brought to me the responsibility of maintenance and supervision of the projects installation and the commissioning of production units for the group, those plans covered various process including production lines, Boiler, water treatment units, utilities...

At this moment I work as Control engineer for Paper Mill where I have as a mission revamping and installation of a new DCS system and other systems and team leader for the electrical maintenance section. I m very familiar with Siemens product, AllenBradly and Omron, and i wish that you can give me the opportunity with your team

* Project and Control Engineer

ƒæ Responsible for follow up all the suppliers and experts and find the solutions to make their work easier and faster During Alsnobar project.
ƒæ Administrate and manage the entire department Purchasing starting from the requests quotation and ending by the PO and implementation, under well-known procedure.
ƒæ Responsible for follow up the erection company and verify the jobs with the project standards During Alsnobar project.
ƒæ Responsible to maintenance all the mill problems through the Commissioning, startup and next period
ƒæ Responsible for defining the proper solutions in order to have the biggest production with best quality and less cost and number of accident for each paper ton produced by the machine
ƒæ Responsible for develop the exits control system using the ABB DCS System, Siemens PLC, AllenBradly and SCADA System,
ƒæ Responsible to Prepare the IMS System and implement it in the system as a daily work for the maintenance team, and Reviews all electrical PM (Preventive Maintenance) work routines in the Company's Maintenance Management to ensure that they are comprehensive & conform to the equipment manufacturer's recommendations. Raises new PM routines as required & ensures that the PM is updated accordingly.
ƒæ Supervise the installation, calibration and set up of instruments
ƒæ Insure the availability of all back up programs and machines
ƒæ analyze all the electronic layout and create practical modifications
ƒæ Assists in training / mentoring programs regarding the career development of new Engineers and Technicians
ƒæ Check the proper and safe operation of the machines by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot control system problem as they arise
