Duties and Responsibilities of Electrical:

- Installation of low and high voltage cables &Installation of cable trays / ladder and conduits

- Installation of power transformers & Installation of emergency diesel generators

- Installation of low and high voltage switchgears & Installation of low & high voltage motors

- Installation of earthing and lightning protection system & Installation of small power distribution equipment

„« Cathodic protection system of concrete structure & Installation of neutral earth resistor

Duties and Responsibilities of Instrumentation:

- Routine Area Surveillance of Instrumentation erection activities
- Inspection & Witnessing according to Project Specification and QCP & ITP
- Established field inspection & Testing Procedures for Instruments works with the assistance of Site Project Engineers.
- Inspection for the Installation of Field mounted Instruments, Junction Boxes, Local Panels, Pneumatic Leak Test of Air Line Tubing /Impulse line tubing, Insulation Resistance test and Continuity Check for Instrument Cables.
- Inspection for the Installation of DCS Panel, ESD Panel, Fire & Gas System Panel, Consoles & Computers with Printer, Communication system panel and Weather Monitoring System in the Main Control Building.

- Inspection for the Instrument Cable Trenches prior to cable Pulling and after Cable Pulling to release for the next activities. Also inspection of Cable ladders and Cable trays in the Field, Electrical Substations, SIH and in the Main Control Buildings. Inspection for the Field Electrical and Instrumentation cables, Underground and above ground cables and Fiber Optic Cable Installation
- Inspection for the Installation of Fire & Gas System in the Field such as Push Button, Horn & Beacon and Fire Detection System.
- Also Responsible for witnessing Combined Instrument Loop check and Calibration of Pressure transmitter, Flow, Differential, Relief Valves, Level Transmitter, gauges and other Instrument devices.
- Also Coordinates with Clients Project Inspection Unit for project Inspection and Stage wise activities for Witness or Hold Points.
- Mechanical completion Inspection for MCCR release, Area Punching and Punch listing, Processing and Updating of QC documentation, QC Dossier and Implementing the QC plan.
- Preparing and Answering Project technical Query (PTQ)
- Overseas the Documents Control management and ensures the availability of Current Client Engineering Standards, procedures and industrial Codes and Standard.
- Familiar with International standards NACE, ASTM, DIN, BSI, IEC, ANSI, API, NEC, NEMA
- Effectively Co-ordinates with other related disciplines.
Also aware of Safety rules and regulations, Conducted weekly safety Auditing and reporting, participated weekly safety meetings and familiar with all relevant safety induction like 100% Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry and Pre-commissioning priority.
