Part of 7 years contract for maintenance and upgrading offshore facilities. Scope covered installation of deck extension; oil transfer pumps and associated piping; turbine and supporting E&I devices and cables; in 106 days (80 days shutdown) to receive hydrocarbon from newly installed platform
Pipeline Restoration Project [Brunei Shell Petroleum; tender preparation]
Scope was decommissioning of 18 pipelines; procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning of 16 pipelines (20.9km, surface tow and tied-in by welding) and 2 umbilical systems
Provision of Major Maintenance Services [Serawak Shell, tender preparation]
Scope covered provision of 10 work barges and boats, fabrication yard, jetty, and administration base, complete with key personnel and construction crews for 3 years
Administered job cards in M-Power, prepared baseline (level-3 / level-4 schedule, tick sheet, manning requirement, and histogram); monitored progress (P3 and M-Power update, daily / weekly report, MOM, and issue log); anticipated future slippages by means of forecast; and analyzed productivity and other statistics for KPI calculation

Scope covered installation of deck extension, service & access platforms, pig launcher & receiver, chemical injection pumps, corrosion coupons, corrosion probes, and tie-ins / modification to existing piping. It involved 6 work barge/work boats/USVs and 14 platforms within 34 days (14 days shutdown)
Oversaw the project preparation and execution, from performing site survey; estimating man-hours requirement through job-card system; monitoring fabrication progress; optimizing plan based on material availability, shut down duration, and operation needs; supporting the offshore execution; and concluding with close out report

Concept Selection of Onshore Facilities for Gendalo Field Development [Unocal Indonesia; USD 563 k]
Scope covered onshore receiving and processing facilities of Gendalo field for 750 MMSCFD of gas and 25,000 BPD of condensate. 28 options was identified, estimated, and screened, which formed the basis for FEED study
FEED of Sadewa-Z WHP and Pipelines [Unocal Indonesia; USD 1.1 m]
Scope comprised of manned wellhead platform (300 MMSCFD); two pipelines with risers connecting to existing platform; and optimization of existing compressors
Agbami Bid Preparation [Star Deep Water Petroleum, Nigeria; tender preparation – 18 k man-hours]
Scope was to develop bid for EPCI of a deepwater FPSO, incl. FEED verification. The spread-moored FPSO consisted of processing facilities for 450,000 BPD liquid and 450 MMSCFD gas, water and gas injection systems
Concept Selection of Onshore Facilities for Gehem Field Development [Unocal Indonesia; USD 493 k]
Scope comprised of processing facilities for 300 MMSCFD of gas and 30,000 BPD of condensate and complete supporting facilities. The process utilized the mothballed VICO Badak Gas Plant 'A' facilities
Established the project setup (project coordination plan, project quality plan, schedule, and budget incl. CTR – Cost, Time & Resources); monitored and rectified the implementation (recovery plan, daily / weekly / monthly report, MOM, and supervising document control); compiled technical documents, such as Scope of Work and Basis of Design; and handled commercial matters of the project (cost report, change order, level-4 cost estimate, and invoicing)
