JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPERIENCES

1. Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, calibrates and tests a wide variety of industrial instrumentation that record, indicate, control and regulate level, flow, pressure, temperature and position.

-Using HART 275/375, mA injector, calibrator, decade box, multimeter, dead weight tester
-Familiar with Yokogawa, Foxboro & Rosemount transmitter
-Work with Valtek, Moore, Neles, FieldVue DVC 5000/6000 etc valve positioner
-Servicing diaphragm and piston type actuator (Masoneilan, Fisher, Valtek etc)
-Check and servicing control valve accessories (volume booster, sov, regulator, lock-up valve, etc)
-Switches
-Using TK3 for vibration and speed probe sensitivity check and calibration
-Servicing furnace/incinerator spark plug, flame scanner
-A little knowledge in Motor Operated Valve (MOV)

2. Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all control instruments, diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate.

-Visual inspection for any defect or abnormalities
-Impulse line flushing
-Control valve stem greasing
-Snoop leak test etc.

3. Reads and interprets Instrument Loop Diagrams, Process and Instrumentation drawings, Functional Logic Drawing and data specifications sheet in making installations, troubleshooting or performing repair work.

4. Keeps records; makes verbal and written reports of work performed.

-Fill the calibration form
-Fill the checklist form provided
-Makes daily report

5. Familiar with Foxboro DCS, Triconex TS 1311 (forcing and viewing), MKV HMI for monitoring, Windhosrt CO2 system, Bently Nevada system.

6. Have some knowledge about Fire and Gas system and Quality measuring instrument (analyzer).

TRAINING AND ASSIGNMENT
1.FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for MLNG Tiga Project at FOXBORO and TRISTATION factory at Shah Alam in year 2001.

2.Join construction for MLNG Tiga in March 2002 for SAT, commissioning and Start-up of MLNG Tiga Plant.

3.Ebara Elliott steam turbine course at Ras Gas (5-8 Aug 2009)
