-Manage contracts and other legal documentation for the organisation by means of recording all contract data, verifying all legal requirements are met. Liaise with vendors, suppliers and contractors on a regular basis. Negotiate the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance thereof, as well as documenting and agreeing any changes that may arise.
