* Material cataloguing MESC codification and extensive day-to-day support of Plant Code Extension, Vendor Master Creating, Service Master Code Creation with extension and preparation of BOM (Bill Of Material), PMMS MRP Updating and Inventory MM updating and maintenance, maintaining via subordinates CMMS and the SAP R3 database.
* Planning and management of resource allocations, including short-term sub-contractor local market manpower, obtaining special permits and visas, effective and efficient staff mobilization.
* Computer literate: operating systems including MRP II, SAP, PACER, CMMS, Maximo, Windows NT / 2000, Vista, and XP Pro. Proficient in MS Office XP software suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
* SAP: 5+ years experience. SAP R3 MM version 4.6, Material Master Purchasing, Data Compilation and Cataloging. Implementation of two e-MM projects using SAP B2B Requisite.
* SAP Team Leader (supervised 6 engineers) providing spare parts catalogues for preparation of Procurement and Tendering RFQs. Catalogued 58,000 line items of US$109 million value capital equipment spare parts and consumables in 23 months.
* Systems experience including 12+ years as designer, developer, and host national staff trainer in ORACLE, IBM, SAP MM, and MRPII. Consulting company experience as in-house designer, developer, including installation and operation.
