PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
1. Supervises, monitors and Co-ordinates the opération of production facilities to ensures the safe and efficient implémentation of the Company's oïl/gas production, Processing and Water Injection targets

2. Hade frequent contact with Field Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Boat, Mobile Crew, and Wireline Supervisors, Barges and up to Senior Engineer and occasional contacts with Production Personnel in Abu Dhabi and on Das Island to discuss production/ processing activities, quality I quantity of water I oïl I gas produced and Co-ordinate Maintenance Work

3. Working according to Company's established procedures and technical standards. Exercises Latitude and uses Owen initiative during emergencies including plant shutdown / start up.

4. Perform all or any combination of the following duties during the assigned shift: -. Supervision: Supervises the preparation of Production Facilities and equipment

5. Monitor and supervise the operation of crude production from well head towers including crude oil production I separation, water injection and gas treatment / processing to meet the daily production targets

6.. Supervise the preparation of wellhead towers for drilling, workover, maintenance activities and co-ordinates safe handover to drilling and maintenance. Issues required handover certificates and accepts personally such facilities after the completion of such activities

7. Issue Hot / Cold and Entry Work Permits for all Routine / Planned Maintenance work to be carried out in Accordance with ADMA Working Procedures and Safety Regulations.

Represent ADMA OPCO onboard of test vessels, supervises flow testing, cleans -up unloading and bleed down operations in safe manner and carries out self- auditing and planned inspection to ensure compliance of test vessels and contracted equipment with the Company's Safety and marine Regulations

9. Supervise Gas Injection Plant Operation and Preparation for Maintenance. Monitors Chemical Injection Systems and carries out some Lab Tests to ensure required Water Quality and Quantity Is achieved

10. Supervise the Operation of Gas Seperation / Treatment Plants and preparation of these Plants for Maintenance Activities. Ensures and maintains the quality of products and ensures the integrity of Plant Machinery and equipment.

11. Operate Control Room Facilities and the Monitoring of Field and Plant Activities. Must be able to understand and operate all Control Room Visual and Annunciation Alarms and Signals and be able to spot any malfunctions in operating facilities, initiate corrective actions when required.

12. Participation in the case of Emergency Procedures initiating General Alarms and the operation of various communication systems.

13. Carries out a self inspection and self auditing Survey, conducts regular safety meetings with subordinates, prepares inspection lists and supervises the classification of plant equipment from hazard and risk assessment point of view and follows up inspection programmes. Maintains good housekeeping standard and follows ADMA OPCO Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.

14. Maintains adequate level of spares and consumables to avoid field arid plant unplanned shutdown and failures.

* . Control the injection rate of all plant chemicals to ensure safe and proper control of gas quality and minimize corrosion.
* . Prepare plant-operating reports as requested by production supervisor or team leader.
. In emergency situations ensures the safe shutdown, isolation and blow down of relevant plant.

.Direct and guides plant shift operators and helpers for all external manual plant operations / changes using radio for passing instructions.

* Daily routine tasks in LPG/GNL plant/OIL AND GAS CRUDE
* Troubleshooting mechanical issues of different nature of equipments (pump; gasket; strainer etc…)
* Accepts responsibility of the job from the outgoing shift operator. The hand over process occurs in the unit operators' shelter.
* Read the Operators' log book and understand clearly the plant status.
* Endorse work permits after checking that the conditions mentioned are correct.
* Carries out detailed inspection of all machinery and static equipments.
* Closely follow the maintenance activities in his area and ensures that conditions do not change during the work. In case any changes occur that prevents maintenance from continuing the job safely, stops immediately and informs shift Controller for further action. Also reports the incomplete work permits to his Shift Controller.
* Prepare and hand over equipments for maintenance, ensure the job is carried out as per the permit requirements, take over the equipment after maintenance job and confirm the availability.
* Liaises with other operators as necessary.
* Take periodic readings and records them on the log sheets. Inform Senior Operator of any significant changes.
* Collect laboratory samples and hand over to laboratory.
* Carry out simple maintenance works as required.
* Ensures a safe working environment at all times and demonstrate commitment and involvement to Company's HSE policy.
* Suggest ideas to improve the plant working condition.
* Upon the emergency situation (such as flammable and toxic gas leak, fire & threat to any equipment damage) activate field manual ESD and report to respective Panel Operator and Shift controller.
* Participate daily in his areas' housekeeping activities.
* Report all Near Miss Incidents to the concerned Shift controller.
* Prepare the required chemical batches as per the procedure. Adjust the chemical dosing rates as per the lab report, in co-ordination with Panel Operator.
* Ensures the availability of chemicals, especially prior to a Holiday or Weekend, by advising my Shift Controller of stock and consumption.
* Stops and starts equipment as directed.
* Meet the running equipments change over schedule and record properly.
* Completes the shift log book containing comprehensive details of plant conditions, details of valid work permits, status of housekeeping, areas of concern and hand over the job to the incoming shift.
* To adjust operating parameters as instructed to sustain continuous production whilst maintaining a high degree of HSE awareness.
