Shams Abu Dhabi is a mixed used development constructed of two plots C12 and C13 off-shore at Al Reem Island in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. The site constitutes the visual gateway to a new city. Two access boulevards cross it linking the city to an island enclave of residences, offices, shops and hotels.

Major components of the building:
1. Three basement level of car parking and MEP services areas.
2. Five stories podium contain of car parking retail, space, restaurants, health club facilities, swimming pool and terrace garden.
3. Residential towers 3, 4, and 5 each is a 62 storey with a studio, 1 bedroom, two bedroom, apartments and town houses.
4. Tower-6, a 55 storey rentable open plan office space and supporting amenities.
5. Tower-7, a curvilinear shaped block ground + 17 storey with studio, 1 bedroom and two bedroom apartments.

The INFINITY TOWER is a 75 Storey, High-quality, Residential Development located in the Dubai Marina area in the Emirate of Dubai, U.A.E. The Ground floor contains Entrance / Reception, Retail Units and MEP Service Rooms. 12 Towers, Business Bay, Dubai, U.A.E.
The 12 Towers located on Plot Nos. B01-001 to B01-011 in the Business Bay Scheme of Dubai is a Residential cum Office facilities project to serve the International as well as U.A.E. based business communities. The Main Project components are as follows:-
a) 5 Nos. Common Basement levels covering the entire plot and containing Car Parking, MEP Services and Lifts, Staircases as well as Circulation spaces.
b) 11 Nos. The project is a Super-Deluxe Residential Accommodation located along sea-face over a 38985 m2 site with some 455 meter length of water front in the Khalidiya Sector, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The main facilities covered by the Project are: a) 23 Storied Hotel and Furnished Apartments (Block – A) containing guest Single Rooms / Suites, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Apartments with total 435 Keys, b) 2 nos. 23-storied each, unfurnished Apartments (Blocks B and C) Comprising 3 Bedrooms Standard Flats, 3 BR Duplex Flats, 4 Bedroom Standard Flats and 4 BR Duplex Flats with total 117 keys. 1. Luxury Hotel: Seven Storied 5 – Star Hotel with 116 Guestrooms and Suites, Two Restaurants, Large Ballroom for 500 Persons, Kitchen, Administration and Retail areas as well as MEP services.

The Main components of the Project are a) 3 nos. common Basement Levels devoted to Car-Parking, b) 31 storied Hotel and Furnished Apartments Block connected to existing Al Wahda Shopping Mall, c) 30 storied OFFICE Tower containing open Plan Offices with Business Center and associated functions and d) 30 storied Residential Tower offering 2/3/4 Bedroom Apartments inclusive of 4 Bedrooms Deluxe Penthouse units. Total Built-up area of the Project is 171500 m2 and Construction Cost Estimate AED 700.00 million.

A3 Tower, Dubai, U.A.E.
The A3 Tower forming Part of Cluster: A in the Jumeirah Lake Towers Scheme of Dubai is a Ground plus 34 Floors Commercial / Residential Development. The main components of the Project are 3 nos. Basement levels for Car – Parking, Ground Floor level Entrance Hall / Reception and Retail areas and 34 upper typical Floors containing 1 Bedroom / 2 Bedroom Apartments. There are recreational amenities situated on floor 15 including Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Function Room, Pool Deck and Supporting Services. Empower Head Quarters, Dubai U.A.E.
The project is a corporate head office facility for Empower Energy Solutions Co. located on Al Quateyat road, Dubai, U.A.E. The principal design components are 3 basement levels with 728 car parking lots, MEP services areas and stores. Ground floor comprising retail areas, Entrance hall receptions, Exhibition hall, Auditorium for 600 persons, Coffee shop cum Restaurants and MEP services, 1-18 floors providing open plan company offices, 19th floor housing executive lounge with Kitchen& store, 20th floor offering Health club, Gymnasium and rest rooms for club users, and roof level to accommodate lift machine room and MEP service installations. The mechanical floor situated between floor 7 and 8 caters specifically to building services requirements of the development. External works inclusive roads, paving, landscaping with water feature and utilities infrastructure are part of project scope. The total construction cost estimate of the 74,290 m2 is AED 270.00 million.

Dubai Festival City Residential Contract (Dubai, UAE 2004)
The project is a residential Development located in zone 10-b and part of Al Badia Golf Resort. Phase 2 works in Dubai Festival City scheme, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is divided between two separate plots situated close to each other in the same locality.
The overall built-up area of the Residential Contract work is 26,804 m2 (15902 m2 Apartments + 10902 m2 Villas) and construction cost estimated AED 150 million.

UOG Development, Abu Dhabi, UAE (2003)
The building consists of Entrance lobby, Security areas, ERWDA rooms, Auditorium, Prayer room for male, nursing section and meeting rooms, Library, Cafeteria, all distributed around central garden atrium. The Mezzanine contains Conference rooms, Majlis, Prayer room for female and space for rentable offices. 1st to 4th floors are rentable tenant spaces. 5th to 9th floors are the offices of ERWDA and UOG as the anchor tenants. The executive 10th floor accommodates offices for the Directors of ERWDA and UOG with Majlis. The car park is separate ancillary building for 500 cars with lab spaces for the ERWDA at the Ground Floor.

Al Bateen Hotel Dubai, UAE (Part Time)
Al Bateen Hotel is located in the prestigious Jumeirah beach residence project along the sea facing one of Dubai's primary beach front sites. It is a luxurious 5 star hotel with an ultra modern
Architectural Design. The Hotel is composed of V-shaped tower based on large 3 levels podium comprising the hotel's central atrium, main entrance, lounges, theme restaurants, recreational, business amenities and other services.

2. Habtoor Grand Palm Resort
The project shall consist of hotel and apartments, two separate buildings connected with arcade retail. Hotel consists of 200 rooms & suites, apartment building shall consist of 100 apartments of 1,2&3 bedrooms. Apartments shall have open kitchens and all hotel rooms to have balconies. The project shall have small marina with a restaurant at the sea edge, landscaping to have a lot of water features, and rocks and foot paths.
