The plan included re-structuring of plan services, organization and responsibilities; began cross craft training with core skills competency testing utilizing the principles of “ABC Wheels of Learning” program.

Operational responsibilities for a start-up minority owned general contracting and construction management company. Primary focus of company is to provide management skills and in-depth technical competence to the publicly and governmentally funded sectors of the construction industry of the Metroplex. § Responsible for development of plant service agreements for selected industry types in the south-eastern United States, from initial sales through to closing.
§ Assigned supervisory personnel, monitored team performance, project costs and profitability, and remained client’s point of contact for life of contract terms, including warranty periods.
