* Control any scope of change against original contract document are properly approved by all concerned clients, these changes of contract will be submitted to contract department
* Review and evaluate any project estimations together with the Project Engineer in order to achieve appropriate reference of the project cost.
* Monitor and review monthly actual activities against the plan and budget, including for contractors payment in order to ensure the achievement of department objectives within the allocated resources.
* Communicate, organize, and control the implementation of Company's safety and environmental policies and procedures, in order to ensure subordinates perform their duties in a safe manner and environmentally conscious.
