RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key Maintenance Responsibities
Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Singulus Injection GlassMoulding Machine in the combination of Tapematic Robotic line, Alpha Injection Glass Moulding Machine in the combination of Robotic line, Netstal Injection Glass Moulding Machine in the combination of Spaceline Robotic Line, Netstal Injection Glass Moulding Machine in the combination of Skyline Robotic Line, Toyo vertical Injection Glass Moulding Machine in the combination of Tapematic Robotic Line and Raw material pre- heating in the combination of blowers called Piovan.
- Basic monitoring day-to-day maintenance activity in process plant and maintaining daily log book for the same
- Receive breakdown slip from concern department and appoint the technician to attend the problem
- Maintaining and Trouble shooting of Unloader arms(it transfer the formed pack(substrate) from mould to line)
- Maintaining and Trouble shooting of conveyor belt of the robotic line
- Maintaining and Trouble shooting of robotic arms(linear and rotational movements) on the line
- Maintaining and Trouble shooting of Metaliser (in this unit disc gets sputter)
- Maintaining and Trouble shooting of basic electronical related problems
- Maintaining and Trouble shooting of Injection units
- Planning and Implementing effective Preventive and Corrective Maintenance schedule to enhance equipment reliability and uptime
- Proactively identifying and rectifying problem areas to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain daily Checklist, Equipment History cards, Preventive Maintenance Checklist and Break down Analysis.
- Maintain and servicing the spares of Piovan, Pneumatic equipment related to Glass moulds, Hydraulic motors related to injection units, Vacuum motors related to Singulus and Netstal Injection Moulding Machines, Cooling circulation equipment related Glass mould.
- Material resource planning and indenting.
- According to the Operational Manager list checking orders ands their quantities.
- According to the CD/DVD standard specifications, checking the quality of the disc by using micrometer, and CATS.
Project Execution:
- Attending Break down and Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Overhauling and troubleshooting work.
- Attending installation of the machines and its fabricated and erection work.
- Procurement of spares and spares stock monitoring.
- Closure of work orders
- Studying the drawings (Machine and assembly Drawings).
- Control the Manpower (Operators and Technicians).
