- I went for a 6 month contract and stayed for 4contracts over 2 years.
- Costs were reduced from near 150 dollars per ounce to 88 dollars per ounce while production increased from less than 800,000 ounces per year to near 2,000,000.

- Responsible for the engineers, maintenance and production operations of the No. 9 Open Pit and Underground mine. Before being promoted to Manager I first held the position of Operations and Maintenance Superintendent.
- Responsible for a large fleet of equipment including four 2800 P&H Shovels numerous 992 Caterpillar Loaders, trucks and back up equipment;
