Facility designed to process condensate-rich gas from the Arab D gas cap reservoir to recover Condensate & NGL liquid products. This processed to meet a sales specification and exported. The gas remaining after liquid recovery, re-injected into the reservoir.

Capacity: 850 MMSCFD
Products: Condensate: 40,000 BPD & NGL: 85,000 BPD

Duties:

On the initial startup, total construction and commissioning.
Operate the plant as per standard operating procedure
Operate and control DCS-TDC-3000/TPS, FSC, SCADA and Telemetry panel for plant start-up, shut down, process control and quality control.
Control the plant upsets to minimize production loss and equipment failure.
Prepare daily production and activity report.
Ensure the operators perform their jobs in a safe and effective manner.
Take appropriate action to ensure safety and efficiency in the shift.

Carryout shipping activities under the direction of the Sr. Production Supervisor.
