BRIEF OVERVIEW

Project Management, Contract Management, Sub contracting, Planning & Scheduling

Vast experience in preparation & evaluation of Technical Bids / Tenders, scope of works, technical specifications, drawings etc for exploration drilling facilities and Project Execution.

Constructed more than 180 well sites, multi wells drilling pads, camp facilities and approximately 240 km of access road in present organization..

Upstream Construction Projects of process terminal, Industrial buildings, well pads & interconnecting pipelines etc.

Managed supply base for the Oil & Gas exploration, managing 6 drilling rigs at one time, production and Seismic Survey Activity as a Base Head.

Key Accountabilities:

Assist in monitoring and driving project performance and progress, co-develop and shape the project execution strategy in define stage and deliver to plan on safety and quality.
Support the preparation and implementation of effective project execution plans and procedures.
Monitor and supervise day-to-day contractor activities and identify and implement corrective action as appropriate.
Manage the interfaces between key stakeholders, including engineering contractors, local community, contractors, suppliers and government agencies.
Assist in the performance of all project assurance activities.
Monitor and supervise the preparation, review and approval of engineering, and construction deliverables to ensure comments from key stakeholders are incorporated appropriately.
Monitor and supervise the preparation, review and approval of procurement procedures, approved vendor lists, Purchase Requisitions and Invitations to Tender.
Represent the company in tender clarification/evaluation, contractor/vendor selection and contract/purchase order negotiation and placement to ensure all activities are in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct.
Support Design Office activities to ensure site constructability issues are proactively addressed and incorporated into the design and execution strategy.
Ensure Contractors develop quality assurance/quality control strategies and Inspection and Test Plans are appropriate to the technology/equipment and ensure effective implementation at the Construction Site to provide Company’s technical endorsement where necessary.
Monitor and expedite site construction ensuring technical, quality, cost and schedule issues are properly resolved.
Support the Company’s Completions Team ensuring punch listing and pre-commissioning activities are carried out effectively and Handover documentation delivered as needed.
Selection of well sites, camp sites, access road, preparing Engineering drawings, technical specifications, scope of work, tendering evaluation of bids etc for construction of well sites, camp sites, access roads etc.
Construction of entire exploration facilities which includes, well sites, camp sites, access roads, storage sheds etc.
Construction of all type of civil works for the upstream project, like process terminal, multi wells drilling pads, infield pipeline etc.
Land acquisition of Crude Oil Terminal, Multi wells drilling pads, internal pipe line corridor, connecting roads, exploration facilities and living quarters etc for the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production facilities.
Acquisition of Right of Use (ROU) for 590 Km pipe line and 32 SEHMS and AGI stations.
Responsible for time bound completion of projects construction work for multi rig operation activity in Rajasthan Block in India.
