Pre-commissioning & Commisioning of Nuclear Power Plant more than 243 Instrumentation & Control / measurement loops of CCTM (Core Channel Temperature monitoring), BTM (Bearing Temperature monitoring), PH7P (Boiler level & pressure) control with new PLC-SCADA based plant regulation systems & Computerized Control Monitoring systems (CC&M)
u Designing of DCS (Distributed Control systems), modifications to existing power generation facilities and plant controls
u Practical experience in applications
of instrumentation and control engineering including standard techniques &(SOP ’s) procedures & control valve sizing on ISA standards
u Coordination with Operations, Maintenance & Construction group to develop & implement control systems to automate & improve productivity, quality and reliability

u Play an active role in power distribution designs and in the preparation of specifications for the procurement of instrumentation & control equipments
u Ensure that each project is in compliance with International
process sector, Safety standards & safety instrumented system
u Technical oversight during production designs & construction of all process instrumentaions, Control systems, Safety instrumented systems and Data Acquisitions Systems
u Troubleshoot, Repair and maintain spare inventory of Electronic modules and plant instruments
u Peer to Peer checking of various plant control systems with WANO (World Association of Nuclear Operators) standards & prepare the reports of OEF (Opearting Experience feed back) and implemented the corrective actions.
