Crane Simulation:
Crane simulation system developed with all real time functionality of crane movement in Navisworks to check the accessibility of Component and Calculating the Lift ratio of crane. This system developed in 3weeks to control entire motion of crane in Navisworks and Package Equipment Discipline saved around 30 Millions of Yen in this projects.

Flame and Gas Detector Simulation:
Importing PDMS or PDS cad files into 3DS MAX. Place Flame and Gas detector in plant based on the HSE specification and analysis detector efficiency. Customized UI and execution are developed using 3ds Max scripting language. This application effective usage of Detector and reduce considerable time and cost on project.

Model Review Management System [MRMS]:
MRMS software is developed with Web service and SQL server. Where all model review comment of project is stored with image. In MRMS, is have very unique workflow to approve the review comment based on project flow. MRMS will support both Navisworks and SPR for capturing image as well as it will show the exact location of review comment while user selecting reviews comment. Customized summary, statistic and discipline reports will generate.
It contains Web service [http protocol], so review comment can be approved from any client location.

Clash Manager:
Clash Manager contain centralized database for each project. It will collect clash details from the Navisworks clash Detective. In Clash Manager, clashes are segregated based on discipline. Any user can able to view clash and only user who having permission; they can able to approve the clashes. All the approved clashes are accumulated to avoid the clash repeating. Customized excel report will generate.

PDMS Model Conversion:
This system will convert entire PDMS model into AutoCAD Drawing file using PML Macro and AutoCAD API.

Iso Management System [IMS]:
IMS is ISO file management system. It will create final ISO package, including ISO index excel file, entire ISO’s in single PDF file. It will control the revision sequence of ISO file. For PDMS it will control IDF, PLT and DXF files on delivery to avoid duplications. Customized report will generate.
For easy control Iso files, IMS will generate the Barcode (include LineID and Revision) on DXF file.

Maintenance Space Checker [MSC]:
MSC application will check the bolt clearance space and Temperature Indicator clearance space in Navisworks model. MSC will create envelope for bolt (based on bolt length and diameter) and temperature indicator (based on diameter and length] then it will place at corresponding location and orientation. Clash is checked between envelope and plant model. Got Pattern for JGC Cooperation, Japan.

Engineering to Construction [E2C]:
E2C system will process SPOOLGEN IDF and PCF file and get WELD, Spool Status information.
It will import all Spool Weld in PDMS model, if PDS WELD generate in AutoCAD and import into Navisworks. Components are highlight in Navisworks with specific color based on the Spool Status and Testpack Status.

AutoSPOOLGEN:
This system will convert the shop weld into field weld in IDF and PCF file using predefined logic. Which reduced plenty of manhours in Construction discipline.

Fire Monitor Simulation:
This application will place the fluid profile at exact point of nozzle in plant model and simulate the volume covered by fluid profile in real model. Engineer can able to view the exact Fire simulation in Navisworks.
