Þ    FIDIC based Contracting and Global sourcing with special skills in sourcing from Low Cost Countries ( LCC).

Þ    Achieved cost savings of 13 million US$ on annual basis on a spend base of 80 million US$ of operational material cost at Obuasi.

Þ    Successful implemented ‘TVO’ based procurement strategies for key commodities
