Supervise and responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the Mill Plant. Directly oversee the plant production processes and ensures that it operates in accordance with the industry standards, environmental laws and restrictions.
Strictly implement the process control of operation to ensure that the plant efficiency is attain and operated economically with the target milling tonnage of 2,000 DMT/day.
Make an inventory of all the chemicals needed on the operation to maintain the desired stock level.
Conduct Weekly Tool Box Meeting and holding Monthly Safety Meeting.
Coordinate with the maintenance, electrical and other support group to schedule and prioritize works directly affects production in such a way maintaining high plant equipment availability.
Keep in touch with the milling group to discuss matters and bring new ideas or solutions to maintain or surpass the management target production, and cost reduction matters.
Show leadership on his men to instill discipline and order among employee.
Initiate training programs to the employee to impart the skills and ability on the proper operation of the plant equipment, standard techniques for a smooth operation and to maintain the required parameters of the plant.
Possess hands-on skills and ability on the proper operation of the following Plant equipments: Crushing and Conveying equipment, Ball mill and Regrind Ball mills, Cyclone pumps and Cyclone clusters, Thickeners, Agitators, Carbon Adsorptions and Carbon Stripping set-up, Boilers, Reactivation Kiln, Carbon Acid Washing set-up and etc.
Responsible for the Merrell Crowe process to optimize silver and gold recovery in order to reduce the load of metal values in the downstream process to augment carbon adsorption efficiency at CIP (Carbon In Pulp) process.
Act as an over-all in-charge of the operation of the whole Mill plant including water supply and tailings disposal during night shift.
GRINDING/CIP/ STRIPPING/ REFINERY SUPERVISOR- August 01, 1997 to July 28, 2001
