Professional Experience Summery:

I am Petroleum Engineer with more than seven years diversified working experience with oil and gas exploration and production Company in all aspects of well completions and production engineering operations. Presently working with Petroleum Exploration (Private) Limited and independently handling production activities from all wells at Hassan Gas field. Have a thorough knowledge of production monitoring, Well Completion, Production logging, Well testing, Coiled tubing and slick line operations. Have an experience in stimulation and re-completion techniques in high water cut carbonate reservoirs. Have planned and supervised pipeline fitting/laying and testing projects. Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision. Excellent academic background and communication skills with strong commitment to health, safety environment (HSE).

Experience:

WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A PRODUCTION ENGINEER IN PETROLEUM EXPLORATION PVT. LTD (PEL) AT PRODUCTION FACALITY BLOCK-22 FROM 2004 TO TILL DATE.
Responsibilities:
To responsible for safe and smooth operation/maintenance of the wells and auxiliary equipment.
To monitor well production, preparing daily/ monthly production reports and updating daily/ monthly production performance plots of different wells.
To carry out calibration the flow recorder chart on well site.
To carry out the calibration of the WHFP of the different well through dead weight tester.
To monitor daily well progress, provide verbal and written technical input as required to operations department, and prepare well supplemental programs and specifications.
To Co-ordinate and supervise well servicing jobs including acid stimulation, BHP survey and number of the wire line/slick line jobs conducted by various services companies at well sites.
To design and supervise surface installations at gas wells.
To supervise the installation, commissioning and conducted necessary tests/trails of well hydraulic control panel for automatic shun-in well at any unanticipated incident i. e. fire etc.
To co-ordinate in the installation of the solar energized cathode protection system for the external protection of the feeder line and casing.
To maintenance the TEG (Thermo electric generators) supply the current to feeder line for the externally protection of corrosion.
To monitor the internal and external corrosion of gas pipeline their Chemical Injection System and the corrosion rate calculation.
To supervise of all maintenance jobs at the wells.
Routine correspondence from field to the head office and various other agencies i. e. joint venture partners, ministry and gas transmission companies.
To supervise pipeline fitting/laying, hydro testing and preparing pipeline tie-in bill of material.

To Perform Well Operations at well site, Coordinating Well Operations in accordance with programme, Company procedures and best practices.
To design and plan early stages of well completions, including, tubular design and materials selection.
To coordinates well completion operations with Schlumberger, Halliburton and Baker Oil tools Product Lines and Third Parties to ensure compliance with work programs, project procedures and contract requirements.
To ensures that people, equipment and materials arrive on location in a timely manner as required by the Company.
To check equipment on site required to perform planned activities and implement contingency plans.
To create End of Well Completion Report.
To reviews job assignment and plans for specific equipment required prior to departure to the job site. Assess job specifications to successfully complete job, and ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job. Must directly supervise the installation and use of the equipments.
Knowledge of production well performance & inflow, artificial lift, injection well completions and associated well management systems and data.
To provide technical support for operations including coiled tubing operations, well testing, matrix stimulation and perforating and logging.
To Coordinate with Company's and Contractor's personnel at rig site in workover and completion activities in accordance with programme, company procedures and best practices.
To witness and supervise installation and testing of the completion tubing, tubing hanger and X-mass tree in accordance of the approved program.

Slick Line Operations:

I have supervised various Slick line operations and have a very good operating experience and knowledge about down-hole Slick line tools of different service companies. I have mostly involved in the following operations:
Running / Pulling WRSSSV Different size (Baker & Halliburton).
Opening and closing SSD.
Bottom-hole pressure and temperature surveys.
Setting & pulling plugs Backer & Otus.
Set / Pull BPV.
Running / pulling isolation Sleeve/Separation Sleeve.
Completion operations Slick line.
Running / pulling dummy or gauge ring for tubing clearance.
WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A TRAINEE DRILLING ENGINEER IN PETROLEUM EXPLORATION PVT. LTD (PEL) AT PRODUCTION FACALITY BLOCK-22 FROM 2003-2004.
Responsibilities as a drilling Engineer:
Trip monitoring.
To assist in planning and preparing equipment for next drilling operation.
Reading and interpretation of gauges related to drilling equipment.
To assist the drilling manager in operating drilling and mud circulating equipment.
To Carry out departmental daily check list (e.g. Choke and kill line manifold setup, mud pump inventory etc.
To Prepare and tallying of tubular, Bottom Hole Assembly etc.
To reporting drilling operation in IADC reports.
To ensure safety of personnel and well itself. Consulting with rig crew during rig up assemblies, running cementing and retrieval operations.
To assist the manager drilling in drilling and workover programs for oil and gas wells.
To monitor daily drilling operations and provides technical and engineering support to drilling operations. Evaluates new drilling equipment and procedures to reduce cost and increase drilling efficiency.
To assist the company man in preparing the Daily drilling Program.
To supervise casing running and cementing, running and cementing liners, Cement squeeze and cement plugs. Design and select casing, liner program, Cementing and centralizers program, Bit selection, Open and cased-hole log interpretation.
