Job Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development and updating of the E&P Division's Development Plans and related operational programs and proposals by consolidating into a single business plan for the Division.
- Works with E&P departments in controlling Assets Life Cycle through the formulation and effective implementation of short, medium and long term Asset Management Integrated Plans in order to ensure asset growth and integrity, optimal production of hydrocarbons and optimizing unit production cost.
- Develops detailed strategic options to assist department manager in implementing approved E&P Asset Management Plans. Identifies individual opportunities and barriers, prepares solutions and assists departments in making internal presentations to communicate plans and strategies.
- Assists in presenting the E&P plans, answering senior management, Government and shareholder questions.
- Carries out on-going analysis of performance status of annual and long-term E&P asset management plans. Assesses and analyses various performance data collected from E&P departments highlighting significant variances from approved plans and periodic adjustments and circulating changes to recipients of original plans.
- Assists in the coordination and preparation of the Division's Annual Operating and Capital Budget Proposals ensuring efficient utilization of CAPEX/OPEX.
- Contributes to asset management process in a way that the company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy is effectively implemented in all areas of work to reduce unfavourable trend and that corrective actions are taken when necessary.
- Provides consultancy and advisory assistance on technical-related issues.
- Utilizes the Division’s Asset Planning Information System and reports in conducting studies, providing support in interface activities and the management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises the activities of any assigned personnel and perform supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position.
- Plans & coordinates the Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of mechanical, electrical & instrument equipments at the Field Production Facilities (FPF) and Field Surface Facilities (FSF).
- Updates & maintains the overall Maintenance Section programmes and plans through the receipt and interpretation of progress reports from the Fields to ensure compatibility with set targets and schedules.
- Liaises with Production Section Head Field Production Operations and Engineering Superintendent to ensure programme optimization of all maintenance activities.
- Coordinates the preparation of the annual maintenance operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets for Palouge and Adar facilities.
- Undertakes the monitoring and reporting of all operations and safety related activities whilst highlighting variance to plan and potential revision requirements.
- Updates through the receipt and interpretation of progress reports from the Fields. Review progress, discuss delays, amend plans accordingly and identify potential problems.
- Assists the Production Maintenance Superintendent and participates in the ongoing development of comprehensive planning and material control procedures including the computerized system plan, computer input, record management, schedule and reporting hierarchy as well as material requisition to PDOC HQ and Ware House.
