WORK EXPERIENCE:

Inspection Engineer for Abhudhabi National Oil Company, United Arab Emirates at their
Takreer Ruwais Refinery Plant 2012 Turn Around FEB – APR 2012.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Internal, External Inspections of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping,
  Tanks, Heaters, Reactors, Towers, Columns, Fin Fan Coolers and other
  miscellaneous equipment to determine the condition of the refinery asset.
• Corrosion survey /monitoring of all piping and vessels in the plant. To prepare
  inspection report based on the inspection findings and to recommend &
  implement repair /reclamation /replacement program.
• Maintain PMI program on alloy materials to ensure proper material selection and field
  application
• Advise and offer mentoring opportunities to junior inspectors and technicians
• Coordinate with unit Mechanical and Process Engineers, contractors, maintenance and
  operations personnel as required on various matters, including inspection code
  requirements, condition of equipment, recommendations on repairs and quality of
  workmanship
• Carry out examination and testing at all identified stages of repairs and
  modification as per API 510, API 570 & Applicable Project specifications,
  check lists.

  of ultrasonic thickness gauging reports NDT reports (MPI/PT/RT/ECT).
  Calculation of corrosion rate, remaining life

  Approving  hydrostatic, pneumatic  in service testing of vessels, piping and
  tanks for both new construction and post repairs

  that all documents are kept up dated and are traceable involved in inspection
  of Heat exchangers, columns, storage tanks and Pressure vessels.

  of repair & alteration of Pressure vessels along with Piping as per API 510
  and Modification of in-service piping system as per API 570.
