Foreman, Under Pressure Stack Testing; Williston, ND; August 2011 to April 2012
- Provided technical training to new employers
- Supervised 7 crews, each having 2-5 roustabouts per crew
- Took care of the ‘day to day’ both on the rigs and at the shop
- Kept track of payroll for 25 employees
- Kept a precise record of inventory on a daily basis at the shop and rental equipment out in the field
Roustabout, Eagle Oilfield Services; Sidney MT; December 2010 to July 2011
- Maintained an excellent working relationship with Company Men, Tool Pushers, Drillers, Roughnecks, and anyone who would show up to handle day to day procedures on and off the drill rig
- Paid close attention to my safety and safety of others on location
- Assisted the drilling companies with ALL rig duties
- Handled the fly ash and the down hole cuttings to maintain an environmentally safe work site
- Took inventory on fly ash, and ordered when we needed it
- Helped the Roughnecks with their rig up and rig down procedures
- Assisted truck drivers and hot shot drivers with the rig moves
Floor Hand, Cyclone Drilling Inc., Gillette WY; April 2009 of and on till May 2012
- Lead Floor Hand
- Assist the Derrick Hand with mixing mud for the inside of the wall down hole as we drill,
- Clean up Rig and around location, be sure everything is kept neat and organized
- Assist Motor Hand with his daily tasks, Check oils, and fluids, grease the rig, assist with any mechanical defaults we can fix
Derrick Hand/Relief Operator, Big Sky Well Service; Belfield ND; January 2009 to December 2010
- Worked derricks and relieved my operator when needed
- Took care of daily JSA’s and tailgate meetings
- Always maintained a safe working environment for myself and others
- Was promoted from the floor to the derrick in my first week on the job, within the first two months I was trained on the brake handle to relieve my driller when needed
Heavy Equipment Operator, Northern Improvement; Fargo, ND; April 2008 to December 2009
- Lead operator of a Road Trimmer
- Set string lines for sensors on the road trimmer to grade the dirt to a 100th of an inch before the concrete crew came and laid the concrete slab for interstates and state highways
- Supervised the work of 3 employees

I was born and raised working on a farm, so hard work is nothing I’m afraid of. I have great attention to detail, and I enjoy making sure the job gets done rite! I am very safety-oriented, I always watch closely to how I’m doing my job and how others are doing theirs! I enjoy learning new things and taking on new challenges on a daily basis. I have always been known to be a pleasant, easy-going guy and can get along with almost anyone! I am always looking at day-to-day tasks and trying to find ways to speed up the process. I believe in finding ways to save money and time, but without taking away from safety programs and safe working environments! I’m an honest, hard working, and energetic person. I’m never afraid to ask a question, take advice from others or listen to others ideas’! Teamwork is the number one way to get a job done and to get it done right!
