Abstract

Automatic water level controller CUM indicator saves water and protects motors and reduces electricity bill. This circuit not only indicates the amount of water present in the tank but also cut-off the motor whenever the tank is full. Because when the tank is full all the LEDs are glow and a positive pulse will appear through the transistors base, which enable the relay into energized state and cut-off the motor. This system helps us to ensure no overflows or dry running of pump. Thereby it saves electrical expenses and water

In the circuit the bilateral CMOS switching IC i.e. CD 4066 is used to indicate the amount of water present in the tank in terms of level through LEDs.

Operation & Maintenance of KWANGSHIN MAKE 6(SIX) Numbers Gas Compressors(RECIPROCATING)with DOOSAN Gas Engine installed at Dibrugarh and Tinsukia District .

JOB PROFILE:

Attend day to day maintenance work of instrumental and mechanical devices of multistage Gas compressor plant(Korean). Troubleshooting of Gas engine(DOOSAN)and PLC(GLOFA-PLC)Control panel. Checking the record in the plant log sheet, reading in oil, Gas Flow. Monitor the level, pressure, temperature and flow. Maintenance of Gas generator(KIRLOSKAR MAKE).Calibration of instruments like pressure gauge, temperature gauge,switches,flow SCANNER,Cone meter,PRV etc.Servicing of Starter motor,carburetor,Lubricator etc.Man power management.

JOB RESPONCIBILITES:

Observe the behavior of the packages.
To attend day-to-day maintenance work of Instrumental & Mechanical devices of multistage Gas Compressor plant & Air Compressor Plant.
Reporting All Equipments(mechanical & Instruments) defect and leaks.
Checking the record in the plant log sheet, reading in oil, Gas Flow.
Monitor the level, pressure, temperature and flow.
Checking and stop all types of pump and compressor according to information incase emergency.
Maintain Good Housekeeping.
Reporting Abnormalities of Equipments as per schedule.
Changeover of pump and compressor.
Activities like monthly report preparing and reporting daily about plant status to operation manager.
