Responsibilities:

·         Accountable for all Damco staff in the Warehouse Administration team

·         End to end control and development of the processes to provide documentation control and the operation of the Dubai Warehouse Systems (DWS) to support Inbound, Transfer, Inventory and Outbound activities

·         Validation of inbound paperwork for completeness and key data content

·         User checking and issue resolution on the import of data files

o   Inbound Receiving Record

o   Transfer Files

o   Inventory File

·         Dealing with data processing issues and identifying and fixing root causes of the issues

·         Production of load lists and export documentation to support the outbound process

·         Production and distribution of the reports to update MODS

·         Data integrity audit

·         IOP audits and corrective action

·         Production of management reports as specified

·         Recruitment, training and development of all direct reports

·         Delivering service KPI’s
