DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Administer mineral leases and land contracts for assigned geographic areas Prepare/monitor AFE’s, ION’s, RTD’s, NOA’s, Production Allocation Agreements Daily administration of related mineral leases and contracts, monitor both lease and contractual obligations, chain of title accuracy, title reviews, expiries Maintain files on Landrite system Track key data field changes Apply contract, corporate, freehold lease and real property law Drafting of basic Land ContractsQUALIFICATIONS: Petroleum Land Certificate or equivalent (6 plus years Mineral Lease and/or Land Contracts experience) Extensive land tenure knowledge in Saskatchewan Strong analytical, interpretive and organizational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and efficiently prioritize work to meet deadlines Demonstrate initiative and innovation Must be able to work independently, yet be fully engaged in a busy team environment Must be proficient in land computer systems.
