**Senior Project Manager * Your pathway to Construction Manager!**

With over 800 staff across Australia, and involvement in a number of the major projects either underway or planned for the future in WA, my client is one of the leading suppliers of modular accommodation to the mining and resources industry in Australia today.

The ideal candidate will bring a significant amount of project management experience to this business and integrate into the team, becoming Construction Manager within an agreed timeline.

Key Duties (position description upon request);

Administer all aspects of the Project Contract & actively lead the management of safety for the project with key staff; Monitor Quality Control of projects & manage project staff; Develop and manage supplier/contractor relationships & liaise with manufacturing to ensure sufficient suitable subbies are in place; Attend meetings with EPCM and end client & provide regular updates and reports on project progress and issues; Develop strategies to improve project delivery & assist with training, development and succession planning for construction team. Prerequisites Project delivery experience on large scale complex manufacturing projects and/or EPCM controlled work; Understanding of BCA guidelines and contract admin experience with complex purchase order/contract conditions; Manufacturing/construction of buildings (desirable to have experience in modular buildings); Development of financial and status reporting processes both internally & to EPCM/client; Installation experience on remote sites; Proficient with MS Project/Primavera & experience in liaising with multi-disciplinary teams A superb package is on offer to attract the ideal candidate to this role, along with a unique career opportunity in an exciting time for this business.
