Position Synopsis

Reporting to the General Manager - Human Resources, you will perform the lead role for the business in delivery of key organisational development initiatives and play a key role in developing and exceeding the human resources strategy and plan.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

• Development and implementation of organisational design, capability and cultural change program.

• Designing, developing and maintaining leadership development programs for the business;

• Ensuring the delivery of a robust Talent Management & Succession Planning to meet workforce planning requirements.

• Ensuring we have sufficient qualifications and skills for our people to meet long term business needs.

Skills & Experience

This role demands a versatile and highly organised individual who can manage a broad portfolio that combines organisational development and generalist human resource skills. Key success factors will be your passion for culture and people development, ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders, attention to detail, team focus and organisational skills.

This is a great opportunity to get involved with key projects that will impact business success, personal and professional development, and lead change. A tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline is preferable.
