An exciting opportunity within Olympic Dam has arisen for an innovative and results-oriented professional with a demonstrated passion for providing exceptional administration support to the Human Resources team.
Think Purpose
An exciting opportunity has become available in the Uranium Human Resources team for a highly organised individual with a positive attitude, to assist with the delivery of HR operational support. Reporting to the Superintendent Performance and Rewards, the HR Business Support role is responsible for the following core accountabilities:
* Assisting with the coordination of employee hire along with reassingments, relocations and secondments;
* Maintenance of employee data in SAP by the Portal including eforms, Performance Reviews, Compensation Management and Talent Management;
* Employee termination process coordination to support the HR Advisors;
* Creating and maintaining Organisational Units in SAP;
* Identifying, initiating and owning process improvements;
* Assisting with the induction processes - preparing of employee starter packs and induction manuals;
* Coordination of the HR Intrnet and electronic communications;
* Providing assistance with Purchase orders and supplier and accounts queries;
* Generalist HR Administration support including travel and meeting room bookings; and
* Undertaking other HR related projects and tasks.
Think Requirements
You will have a strong background in administration, ideally with exposure to a fast-pased HR team-based environment. Your ability to multi task, strong organisational skills and bias for proactive follow up are a must along being able to multi-task and deal with a broad range of issues on a day to day basis. A strong customer service focus is intergral to this role to ensure that the client base is supported effectively. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, high performance, and confidentiality will be critical for success in this role. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential with a working knowledge of SAP advantageous.
