Providing the full spectrum in design to build services, this organisation is an industry leader in high quality transmission and distribution services. With a number of new projects in the pipeline, their already impressive project portfolio is going from strength to strength. Consequently, they are seeking a Project Manager to assist in the successful implementation of these assignments.

Your main responsibility will be to manage the electrical arm of a range of power transmission and distribution projects, such as switchgear, powerhouse developments and substations. You will be required to liaise with clients and contractors, manufacturing teams and engineers to monitor the project progress, budget and schedule. This will include managing project contracts and documentation to develop a program of targets and milestones.

This technically challenging role will be ideal for an experienced Project Manager with a degree or advanced diploma in electrical power engineering. To be successful for short-listing you will demonstrate the following:

Experience project managing multiple medium to large electrical and power developments valued around $10M - $50M from project conception through to hand over Sound understanding of Australian Standards, OHS and environmental procedures Previous experience in switchgear, substation or powerhouse design, construction, manufacturing and operations Extensive knowledge of the electrical power, transmission and distribution industry
