Reporting to the Global Process & Data Owner, the Administrator Master Data, Organisational Data will be accountable and responsible for the creation and maintenance of all HR Organisational Data in accordance with BHP Billiton business rules, technical data standards and data quality targets.

Core Accountabilities will include:

* Ensure processing of all org maintenance requests is completed in a timely, accurate and effective manner
* Clarify complex data discrepancies with organizational management specialist
* Assist with org maintenance query resolution and escalate to organizational management specialist if required
* Contribute content to the org maintenance knowledge base and support the continuous update and maintenance of org maintenance systems and interfaces
* Document and update processes and procedures
* Follow procedures and standards and identify/recommend process improvements to support in the continual development of the team and their practices
* Perform the creation and maintenance of HR Organisational Data in GSAP HR Environment as used in BHP Billiton HR processes.
* Understand the implications of changes made to the Organisational structure that is provided to end users as a result of assignments.
* Understand the interdependencies of master data with Organisation Objects and configuration, including reporting (ie. any configuration update or mapping required)

Required Experience:

*

Business Systems/IT degree or below described experience exceeding 2 years
*

Experience in a high volume transactional environment
*

Experience in SAP master data processing (Organisational Management experience an advantage)
*

Accurate data entry skills
*

Microsoft Office suite
*

Language - Fluent English, both verbal and written
