National Sales Manager

National and Regional Focus Expanding Business $180,000 Package Including Bonus Operating in the commercial and industrial services space, this company is a global market leader in its sector and has experienced continued organic growth, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. The company provides mission-critical solutions to some of Australia's leading companies across a diverse industry spectrum including FMCG, leisure and mining as examples.

You will be a key member of the senior management team and business partner with the Managing Director. The key challenges of this role will be to deliver the strategic sales plan and manage a motivated sales team to drive revenue and profit growth. Furthermore, you will enhance and develop key existing relationships as well as supporting the Managing Director in securing new business.

As a person who strives to consistently achieve superior customer service, you will have experience in managing an energetic sales team to meet and exceed key performance metrics. Experience in a diverse industrial and commercial services environment will be well regarded. You will have the intellect and commercial aptitude to understand external market forces and have a track record in creating and delivering sustainable competitive actions. There are opportunities to progress within this large multinational, including overseas opportunities as the business operates in over forty countries and is listed in Europe.
