Our client provides a range of services to a key client including construction, facilities management and maintenance. With an increase of projects, they are currently looking to appoint a Project Officer to contribute to the management of a range of works.

Reporting to the Manager, the Project Officer is responsible for coordinating all facets of maintenance projects from developing business cases and projects briefs through to scheduling budgets and organising trades. Using relevant project management software to track the process, the Project Officer is also responsible for ensuring that works are carried out in a safe manner, and meet quality assurance standards, budgets and pre-agreed timelines.

We are currently seeking applications from candidates with a demonstrated background in managing facilities or maintenance projects, and those with experience also in construction will be highly favoured. A solid understanding of project management methodologies is sought, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, manage multiple projects and work collaboratively as a team.
