Our client is driving an Asset Management Strategy directed towards changing business culture from reactive breakdown to a collaborative, proactive approach towards maintenance and reliability. They are now seeking an Asset Maintenance Superintendent to facilitate change and manage asset performance within the Electrolysis and Casting departments. Reporting to the Asset Manager, responsible for maintenance within the Asset Management Structure, the Maintenance Superintendent will provide leadership to the Casting and Electrolysis departments ensuring the delivery of plant maintenance to maximize equipment availability and reliability in accordance with site safety requirements and policies.
To secure this challenging role you will hold formal Engineering qualifications, demonstrate leadership experience and illustrate proven exposure to Asset Management concepts in a heavy industrialized environment.
