Our corporate offices in Houston, located at Memorial and Eldridge, is seeking a Proposals Administrator for our Proposals Group.

This position will report to the Manager of Proposals, and be responsible for assisting in pre-qualifications and proposals, including preparation of internal proposal review packages and final proposal submittals to customers, preparation of weekly and quarterly reports, and various spreadsheets in support of the group. Document control and information management resident on web-based sites will also be required.

Job Requirements:
Applicant must be proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as Outlook. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills essential and the ability to work overtime as needed. Previous experience working on proposals is preferred.
