J.Ray McDermott is now accepting resumes for Subsea IMR Maintenance Team Lead
The Subsea Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Team Lead is responsible for the technical content, management and execution of subsea projects involved with maintenance of subsea assets.
Responsibilities:
• Implement Project Execution and Responsibilities Plans for all Maintenance Projects; monitor project performance in meeting objectives
• Daily supervision of all McDermott personnel and resources assigned to the Maintenance group on either a temporary or permanent basis
• Implement all HSE expectations in accordance with the company’s HSE Plan; manage project job safety assessment processes such as JSA, HSSE
• Conduct management and technical oversight on any sub-contractors used on Maintenance projects
• Ensure project individuals have completed the required training prior to traveling to site locations/suppliers works
• Assist the IMR Services Manager with business development and proposal preparation
• Actively recruit new personnel for the subsea group, particularly in support of IMR activities
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in Engineering or Science required; advanced graduate degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience required; advanced degrees considered in lieu of experience
• Professional certification (NACE, PE, EIT) and memberships (ASME, IMarEST) preferred
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of maintaining subsea production assets
• Experience preparing comprehensive maintenance plans using CMMS, M+, Maximo or equivalent for assets
• Ability to identify subsea hazards and develop safe working practices; experience conducting full investigations of incidents that may occur
• Familiarity with all applicable codes, regulations and specifications related to the projects being performed by the Maintenance team
