Startup and Testing Manager (Commissioning)

Our Client is a major minerals company operating globally. The Mining Business Unit operations cover the first phase of the energy cycle and consist of four main activities: mineral exploration (discovering new ore deposits), mining (extraction of energy minerals), ore processing and site reclamation following mining activities. The company operates a number of mines and mineral process plants in Francophone West Africa.

Our Client has a requirement for a STARTUP AND TESTING MANAGER (COMMISSIONING) reporting into the Project Department, your mission consists in supervising the facilities' Startup and Testing activities for all Projects managed by the Project Department.

You provide support to the Project Directors and Managers in Project Development and are responsible for:
- Defining facilities' Testing/ Startup strategy;
- Validating programs prepared by the Project teams;
- Monitoring Testing/ Startup phases;
- Structuring facilities' Testing/ Startup methodology.

>> REQUIREMENTS
> You have:
- Trained Engineer status;
- Broad experience in industrial facility startup and testing;
- Very good interpersonal skills;
- A good writing style and ability to summarize.

English and French are essential (other languages appreciated)

Many assignments are to be expected, due to expansion plans.
