Large Scale Project Management
Perth Based Position
Salary Package of $200K neg
Our client is the leading provider of accommodation solutions to the mining and resources sector. They have listened to the changing demands of their customers and have continued to improve the quality of their accommodation and the village’s footprint on the environment.

Our clients are currently embarking on several major projects within the Western Australian Mining Industry. Clients include BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto, amongst others, these two mining giants have chosen to partner with our clients time and time again, because they value our clients expertise and capability.

Our client’s safety performance, capacity to deliver on time and their superior engineering and design are key differentiators between our client and their competitors.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous track record of at least 5 years in project management
Delivery on time on budget of large scale complex manufacturing projects
Experience with project management of a complex EPCM controlled project
Experience with interpretation/administration of complex purchase orders/contract conditions
Understand process of design of buildings and achieving compliance (BCA)
Understanding and interpretation of Client Specifications and Scope of Works
Manufacturing/construction of buildings (desirable to have experience in modular buildings)
Scheduling of complex projects
Contract Administration experience with complex purchase orders/contracts
Effective management of customer relationships and expectations
Proficient with MS Project/Prima Vera and MS Office.
This position is mainly Perth based, but does require some travelling to and working on site.

A salary package of $200k neg. is on offer.
