The client is a highly reputable, Queensland owned and run civil contractor that have been constructing landmark infrastructure projects across Australia for over 25 years. Their most recent scope of works have included, Major Bridge, Road Construction and Highway's.

Due to the award of several infrastructure projects across South East Queensland, the client are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to either play a lead role on a major road project or the leadership function overseeing the delivery of multiple civil construction projects across Queensland. You will become a key member of the company's management and project management teams.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• At least 15 years experience in the civil construction industry.
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience working on alliance and joint venture projects will be highly regarded.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of head and subcontract agreements.
• Good record of delivering infrastructure projects on time and to budget.
• History of working on projects that involve RTS, Dept Main Roads, VicRoads, etc.

Your duties in this role will be to: successfully coordinate on site construction engineering functions for allocated project areas/sections to achieve project time and budget objectives and provide sufficient support for construction activities.

Key result area will be in: Construction Programming, Project Safety, Insurance Claims, Rick Management Quality Assurance and Stakeholder Relationships.
