Senior Environmental Advisor

Reporting to the Environmental Coordinator our client is looking for a Senior Environmental Advisor to join their team. Based in NSW you will be required to support the ESH department by providing advice on environmental best practice and facilitate employee accountability for environmental management which will ensure the continued operation of the mine.

You will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or an equivalent degree / diploma with experience in tracking compliance concerning environmental licences. An understanding of Environmental Management Systems is highly desirable along with the ability to work within a team or individually. Experience in the resources and or government industry will also be well regarded.

With your well developed communication skills, astute influence towards environmental initiatives across site and multiple share holders, this role offers you the opportunity to build upon your site and mining experience within a large company. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle this location is family orientated and engulfed with lively culture and atmosphere.
