The position & You
Having 2 years experience in civil construction you have the ability to Project Manage.
This is exactly what you would be doing in this Engineer role.
Roll your sleeves up and get involved in the estimating, programming, client management and delivery.
Some, but not all of this you are required to have done previously, but it would be beneficial. In areas where you're not strong, an excellent training program is extended to you.
The projects require you to liaise with the whole spectrum of professionals in our industry - designers, local authorities, site teams, subcontractors, etc. There will be some foundation works, traffic management, structural works and some other aspects could be asphalting and earthworks.
This is a great opportunity to take that next step into a Project Management role and strive to achieve your best performance.
