As verification manager you are responsible for signing off hold points assessing non conformances and providing a technical input to junior engineers on site.

This role requires someone from an engineering background, preferably Civil.

A broad knowledge of all aspects of Civil construction; earthworks, drainage, pavements, resurfacing. Contractor, consultancy or client side background will suit.

The key is a persons ability to understand how things work for all parties involved in major highway construction.

A high level of computer literacy is definitely required too as all documentation is electronic.

Requirements:

Civil Engineer background Knowledge of all aspects of civil construction Contractor or consultant background Excellent Communication Skills Responsibilities:
Signing off works Advising Junior Engineers Liaison with contractors and clients.
