Project Manager

My client is one of the leading international project management consultancies with offices Australia wide, the Middle East and Asia.

Their capabilities span across many industries including Retail, Education, Health and Defence amongst others and as such have become an associated name linked to Defence projects across NSW.

To continue this success and strengthen and expand their Defence division, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager who can deliver high profile projects and develop and build successful relationships.

As the successful applicant, you will:

Represent the client and establish yourself across all aspects of the project from inception to completion
Manage consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones
Manage defects liability periods to avoid excess costs
Deal competently and effectively in complex environments and with multiple stakeholders
Tender / Bid experience on major projects
REQUIREMENTS:
Tertiary Qualifications in Construction, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or similar
5 years + experience in a similar role and managing multiple projects
Contract Administration and Commercial skills coupled with good written and verbal skills
